I came to Bhutan trying to find meaning in my life. I had quit my high profile job as a banker in Germany and moved into a countryside home. My quest for meaning in life led me to Bhutan. I spent 2 week long stay in isolation in a Temple in Tseluna, under the guidance of the travel company, Cama Tours and Travels. It was an experience of a lifetime being by myself in the wilderness. Sometimes, it takes being with yourself, questioning your existence and purpose in life, when one can connect the dots in life and find true meaning. In abandonment, I found my calling and a sense of belonging.
